1. Data We Collect
We collect account details such as your email address, account status, billing status, and email preference settings. We also collect information you submit through contact, pricing, developer, or admin forms, along with saved project activity, subscription-related records, and project interaction data inside your account.
2. How We Use Data
We use your information to operate the service, authenticate accounts with magic-link sign-in, process subscriptions and billing, respond to inquiries, manage saved projects, send operational alerts, maintain platform security, and improve product quality.
3. Emails We Send
We may send transactional emails that are necessary to operate the service, such as sign-in links, billing receipts, account security notices, and service-related account communications. We only send product update or marketing emails when you have opted in to receive them. You can change these preferences later from your account, and marketing emails should include an unsubscribe option.
4. Consent and Preferences
Product update and marketing email preferences are optional and are stored with a record of the choice you made at the time it was submitted. These preferences are separate from acceptance of the Terms of Service and are not required to use the core service.
5. Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Analytics
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the service secure, maintain sessions, support sign-in and billing flows, and protect forms from abuse. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which according to Vercel is privacy-friendly, stores anonymized data, and does not rely on cookies in the same way as many analytics products. If we add non-essential analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies later, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
6. Storage and Processors
We use third-party providers to run the service, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Paddle for billing and subscription management; Resend for email delivery; Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse protection on forms; Mapbox to render the interactive project map; Vercel for hosting and web analytics; and Telegram to deliver internal operational alerts for contact form submissions.
7. Legal Basis
Depending on the context, we process personal data to provide requested services, perform our contract with users, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and where appropriate rely on consent for optional email communications.
8. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, storage, payments, analytics, customer support, email delivery, mapping, and fraud prevention.
9. International Transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards where appropriate.
10. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or export of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional email communications at any time.
