1. Service
ohrid-apt provides project tracking information, photos, and subscription-based access to premium construction updates for apartment and residential real estate projects in Ohrid.
2. Accounts
Access to the service may be provided through email-based sign-in links or other supported authentication methods. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their email account and for activity under their account.
3. Subscriptions
Paid access unlocks premium project materials across the platform while the subscription remains active. Access may be limited, suspended, or cancelled if payments fail, are reversed, or breach these terms. Refund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy.
4. Permitted Use
You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, or misuse the photos, reports, contact details, or other platform data without prior written permission.
5. Information Accuracy
We aim to keep project information current, but construction progress, pricing, dates, and availability may change. The service is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute investment, legal, or brokerage advice.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or violations of these terms.
