1. Subscription Nature
ohrid-apt offers digital subscription access to premium project updates and gated platform content.
2. Standard Refund Window
If you believe you were charged in error, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided there is no significant usage, abuse, or fraud risk associated with the account.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started, except where required by law or where a duplicate or unauthorized charge is confirmed.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops renewal and keeps access active until the end of the current paid period.
5. How To Request A Refund
Submit your request with the account email, payment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor.
6. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds where we detect abusive use, content scraping, chargeback abuse, or deliberate misuse of the service.
